Davie sprawls. Between the ranches off Griffin, the student blocks around Nova Southeastern and the newer builds out by Flamingo, nothing here is more than twenty minutes from a Smoke Valley. The two closest are Plantation and Sunrise, and which one you want mostly comes down to which side of town you start on.

  • To Smoke Valley Plantation

    From central Davie take Davie Road or University Drive north across I-595, then west on Broward or Sunrise Boulevard to Pine Island Road and north. Call it fifteen minutes in normal traffic, a little more at five o'clock when 595 backs up.

  • To Smoke Valley Sunrise

    From west Davie take Flamingo Road north past Orange Drive and I-595, then west on Sunrise Boulevard to 136th Avenue. Around eighteen minutes. If you are already on I-75 it is quicker to exit at Sunrise Boulevard and come in from the west.

Smoke Valley and Davie

If you live east of University Drive, near Davie Road, Orange Drive or the Rodeo Grounds, Plantation is your shop. Head north over the New River and I-595 and you are on Pine Island Road with the store on your right. West Davie, out past Flamingo toward Tree Tops Park and Nob Hill, is closer to Sunrise instead.

Both shops keep the same lineup and the same rewards card, so you are not trading selection for a shorter drive. Town of Davie has no dispensary of its own, which is why so much of our Thursday evening counter traffic is Davie plates. We are used to the question of what to grab on the way home from campus.

What Davie comes in for

Papers, wraps and cones, in volume. Davie buys rolling supplies the way other cities buy lighters. After that it is disposables and pre-rolls, and a steady run on THC seltzers through the summer, which tracks for a town that spends half the year outdoors.

Davie FAQs

Not a Smoke Valley. Our closest two are Plantation, about fifteen minutes north on Pine Island Road, and Sunrise, about eighteen minutes up Flamingo. Both are open every day.

Plantation. From the NSU campus on College Avenue you are heading north across I-595 and then west, roughly fifteen minutes. Bring a valid government photo ID, and note that a student ID does not count on its own.

Yes. University Drive and Pine Island Road both run straight north through the surface streets, and Flamingo does the same on the west side. It is a few minutes slower than the highway and usually less annoying.

Everything we carry is hemp-derived, meaning no more than 0.3% delta-9 THC on a dry-weight basis, and we stock it to meet Florida's current hemp rules. Those rules do change, so we keep our shelves in line with them. You must be 21 or older to purchase.
