SMS Terms

The Smoke Valley text club sends deals, new drops, and store updates from our five Broward County, Florida shops. It is a marketing program, and it is separate from any transactional message you might get about an order.

You must be 21 or older to join.

You give us your mobile number and tick the consent box, either on our sign-up page or on a form on this site. The box is never ticked for you. The exact wording you agree to is:

“I agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages (deals, new drops, and store updates) from Smoke Valley Smoke Shop at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.”

Staff never type your number in for you and never tick the box on your behalf. You can get off the list at any time by replying STOP to any message.

Joining the text club is not a condition of any purchase and has no effect on pricing, service, or anything else in store. You can shop with us and never receive a single message.

Message frequency varies, typically a few messages a month. Message and data rates may apply, charged by your mobile carrier, not by us. We do not charge for the program.

Reply STOP to any message to be removed. You will get one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and then nothing further. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details below.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We use your number to send the messages described above. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. Our handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

We keep a record of when you agreed, what wording you agreed to, and where you agreed, so we can show that your consent was given.
